The Scottish Business Group (SBG)
The SBG was started in 2008 by Andrew Sloan, Managing Director of WCT (World Communications Technologies), the then outgoing Chieftain of the St Andrews Society in Bangkok, who still organizes the events.
There are 6 meetings per year held at the Rembrandt Hotel. They are casual evening where those attending share the home country, network, listen to an invited speaker and leave the event with something more than a sore head, but new friends and some valuable insights.
Presently there is no membership requirement, only a small contribution to the cost of the event. Email notifications are sent 1 month prior to the event to those on the database and all nationalities are welcome, but please confirm your attendance.
